Nonthaburi Medical Centre Building

This building was constructed inside the grounds of a hospital that stayed open throughout. The client’s first requirement was that construction must not affect patients, so we separated the material delivery route entirely from the emergency entrance and confined noisy activities to hours outside treatment times.

The building services were the most complex part: medical gas, standby power and clean-room air conditioning all had to run together within a limited ceiling void. The team clash-checked the whole building in BIM before any pipework or ductwork was ordered, which cut rework on site significantly.
