Chaeng Watthana Office Building

The client needed an office building that could be fully let from its first year, so we took responsibility for everything from the foundations to the building services under a single contract — removing the handovers between multiple contractors that so often push the completion date back.

The main challenge was a tight site on a busy main road. The team scheduled material deliveries and concrete pours outside peak traffic hours, used system formwork to reduce the storage area needed on site, and installed solid hoarding with a wheel-washing station to control dust in line with local requirements. The building was handed over on the original programme with no complaints from the surrounding community.
